Cancellation / Late Policy
For Clients & prospective Clients
It is critical that you're on time for your appointment. To enforce this, please abide by this policy:
If you have to reschedule your appointment for any reason please give a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Anyone that doesnt, will be considered a no call/no show and you won't be allowed to reschedule or you may have to pay a fee of $25 before you can schedule another appointment!
There is a non-refundable deposit of $50 due for any braid styles to hold your appointment. If you have to reschedule, you will NOT be refunded.
** On select braid styles you must pay half of the amount of your service.**
If you are running late, please call and inform me. If you're 15 minutes late there will be a fee of $10, and there will be a fee of $1 every minute thereafter. However, if you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you may or may not be able to reschedule.
WARNING: To any institutions or individuals using my site for studies, media stories,or projects: you do NOT have my permission to use ANY of my profile information (including text and/or photographs) in any form, or forum, both currently and/or in the future. If you have already done so, or intend to do so, it will be considered a serious violation of coypright laws, and the violation will be subject to legal ramifications.
